With over 6 years of experience in the counseling field, Sandra Pollard-Nelson brings deep compassion, strong clinical skill, and a trauma-informed approach to the individuals and families she serves. Her background includes working in community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice, giving her a broad understanding of the diverse needs clients face across the lifespan.

Sandra specializes in supporting teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, parenting challenges, grief, and major life transitions. She has extensive experience in trauma work and is trained in EMDR Therapy, a highly effective, evidence-based approach for processing traumatic experiences and reducing emotional distress.
